Cucumber Gingerade

Ingredients
2 Large Ginger Roots
4 Cucumbers
4 Limes
1/2 Cup Sugar

Directions
Juice ginger root, cucumber and lime separately
Take 1/2 cup of ginger juice and sugar and bring to a boil to melt sugar

Salsa Quemada or Burnt Salsa

5 Vine Ripe Tomatoes
4 Tomatillo
3 1/2 Cups Onion
2 Tbsp Garlic Cloves
6 Tbsp jalapeño
Cilantro
Salt

Directions
Roast all ingredients (except limes) until tomatoes and tomatillos are soft

1 tsp. Good Olive Oil
4 Tbsp. Sugar
1 tsp. Thyme (chopped)
½ c. Sherry Vinegar

Directions
Score tomatoes and place them in salted boiling water for 30 seconds.
