Saddle Peak Lodge is proud to announce our 2008 wine dinner series. Each dinner will feature the wine maker presenting his favorite wines accompanied by a custom menu for the evening created by Chef de Cuisine Adam Horton. The number of places available is very limited (40 guests for most dinners) to insure an intimate and exclusive atmosphere. Our first dinner this Friday with Flora Springs sold out in a couple of days after the release of the menu. Menus for each event will be posted at saddlepeaklodge.com about one month in advance along with the cost per person.
