Jen Carter is Saddle Peak’s general manager and award-winning beverage director. She has over 20 years experience working in the hospitality industry. She has had the opportunity to manage some of Los Angeles’s top-rated restaurants, including Josie’s, Röckenwager and Bastide, to name a few.
Her passion for wine took her to the Bay Area where she took over the wine program at Nectar Wine Lounge in San Francisco and became certified as a Sommelier.
Jen is currently working towards becoming a Master Sommelier and plans to take the advanced level exam next year.
