tartare with melon and jamon iberico "pata negra"
Heirloom tomato with parmesan panna cotta and basil gelee

First - Chardonnay

Seared diver scallop with peach shellfish nage, green papaya white peach slaw and basil pistou

Second - Syrah Purisima

Wild mushroom agnolotti with ricotta salata, roasted chantrelle mushrooms and shaved summer truffles

Third - Los Olivos Cuvee

Ostrich loin w/ heirloom tomato, farmers market bean
"cassoulet" and sugar snap pea salad

Fourth - bien nacido syrah

Duo of buffalo braised shortribs en crepinette, potatoes
fondant and new york steak, braised heirloom carrots
and truffled syrah jus

Dessert

Saddle Peak "S'more" with graham cracker cake, molten chocolate filling, homemade marshmallows and
Grand Marnier sauce

$150 per person
not including 8.25% tax and 18% gratuity
payment required at time of reservation
valet, wine, and six course menu included in cost
