Joshua Buckner is a 21-year veteran of the hospitality industry. He has been of service for highly regarded industry giants such as Houston’s Restaurants, China Grill Group, Mastro’s Steakhouse in Beverly Hills, and now Saddle Peak Lodge. Coupled with his tenure as a front-of-house specialist, he has also engaged in many aspects of the wine business. Resume highlights include Wine Director at Mastro’s, independent consulting for local restaurants, Sales Director for Ricky Sander Wine Company, and Import Specialist for Veritas Imports. Aside from his culinary intuitiveness, Joshua is a seasoned musician, playing many instruments in all genres. In his spare time he produces artists and scores films.
