Save the date! Join us on Thursday, March 21st at the Lodge for an evening of Pinot Noir featuring Belle Glos and Elouan Pinot Noir's with special guest Trevor Frerking, brand ambassador. Savor the unique four course menu created by Chef Adam Horton to experience the versatility of pairing Pinot Noir in new and unique ways. 

First Course
White Asparagus, poached in African spices, warm mushroom and herb vinaigrette

Salmon Mi Cuit with green garlic emulsion and mussel cream
