Join us on Friday June 7th, at 7pm in the Library for an incredible wine dinner with The Hess Collection. Enjoy a delicious menu curated by Chef Adam Horton, specially paired with Hess Collection wines. Brand ambassador, Ryan, will be joining us as our special guest.

First Course
Tempura Soft Shell Crab seasoned with Old Bay served alongside creamed corn, baby greens and habanero “BBQ” sauce

Second Course
Quail stuffed with chorizo & ciabatta, aged cheddar & potato “fondue” & olive jus

Third Course
Smoked & Braised Bison Shortribs basted in Chipotle Jus with a fricassee of Magic Myrna potatoes, cast iron charred peppers & onions & chili-garlic broccolini

“Cappuccino Cream” Rich pots de crème of Valrhona Chocolate & coffee with hazelnut fudge and chocolate espresso crumble

About Hess Collection Wines
Donald Hess became interested in mountain winegrowing during a business trip to the Napa Valley in the mid‐1970’s. With further research, he found that Mount Veeder mountain vineyards had the ideal combination of soils and microclimates to produce grapes of distinctive character and flavor. This venture became The Hess Collection where the appreciation for unique mountain and valley fruit is expressed through artfully crafted wines.
